My Nutrition Secrets:

Some of my Nutrition Secrets: Hardest food for me to give up: Cheese & Coffee Creamer Food I HATE, but eat because it benefits me: Plain Oatmeal, its a good quick breakfast Best Substitute: Original Coconut Milk Creamer vs Creamer ‘Healthy’ Cheat Food for Cravings: Almonds and Dark Chocolate Favorite Meal: Protein Pancakes Foods I ALWAYS try to avoid: Dairy, Breads & baked Goods (gluten) & any refined sugars. Foods I would eat if there were NO consequences- AKA CHEAT FOODS: PIZZA & OREOS!! Secret Weapon: I eat small meals throughout the day filled with fresh foods (i.e.- fruits, veggies, nuts & protein, quinoa) with the least amount of ingredients, (never processed) and I prepare my own food to avoid any additional sodium intake that restaurants have. Even a salad at Panera or Chipotle Burrito Bowl is cheating in my eyes. If I didn’t make it, I try to only eat it occasionally. For the most part, I go gluten free and dairy free, with the exceptions of a couple of cheat days here and there. You are the only one who can truly control what ingredients go into your meals and your mouth. Eat to live, don’t live to eat. Feed your body with fuel and you will be amazed at how fast your fat weight melts off, how well your taste buds adjust to the changes in your diet and how you will eventually begin to enjoy eating healthy! Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

At this time it appears like Drupal is the preferred blogging platform out there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you're using on your blog?

I have always used dry food that I sit out all day (my cats eat until they are full, they dont over do it). Make sure to get a good dry food, I reccomend buying a name brand like Science Diet or Nurto Max. Try to stay away from the food they sell in the grocery store, these tend not to be very good for your cat.

Hello I know this is off theme yet I was thinking about whether you was aware of any gadgets I could add to my blog that naturally tweet my freshest twitter refreshes. I've been searching for a module like this for a long while and was trusting perhaps you would have some involvement with something like this. If it's not too much trouble let me know whether you keep running into anything. I really appreciate perusing your blog and I anticipate your new updates.
