Our kids program is designed to engage children & young teens in staying active. Using only bodyweight & light resistance bands, the classes will help kids get fit without joint injuries or high impact strength training. Surfing is one of the most fun activities out there, and we’ve brought it indoors for kids to enjoy.
Designed by surfers for surfers, this program strengthens the core muscles & movements of the sport. PopUp Training, Paddle Muscles, Lower Body Carving Balance, & DuckDiving are signature elements of the Program. Build strength in the upper arms, chest, core & legs. Build explosive power & dynamic balance to bring speed & agility to the PopUp maneuver. Great for those getting ready for paddle boarding this summer on Lake Michigan!
Our signature balance program draws from yoga, pilates & surfing for a true mind/body experience. With 7 Signature Segments to challenge balance, build flexibility & center the body. The constantly shifting surface of the RSX makes this Program an incredibly focused challenge. Breathing, body positioning & body control are the core tenets of this unique practice.
This class focuses heavily on Cardio Circuits and increased tempo for Sprints.
